A Lightning Round consists of twenty rapid-fire reflection questions in twenty minutes, followed by a short consideration of the insights you generate.
Here's why this rapid-fire approach works so effectively for busy professionals:
Time Constraints Force Brutal Prioritization and Bypass Analysis Paralysis When you have exactly one minute per question, your mind immediately strips away non-essentials to reach core truths. This constraint combats the common tendency to overthink or endlessly defer difficult decisions. You're forced to respond with your gut instincts and unprocessed thoughts.
